The city of Albuquerque issued 31 commercial building permits between March 2 and March 6.
The permit for the largest project in terms of square footage was issued March 4 to Debra West for alterations at 3005 Broadway Blvd. SE in Albuquerque. The project is estimated to be about 61,873 square feet. The estimated cost of work is about $50,000. The work will be done by DPC Construction Ltd. Co. and Aria Studio Consultants Inc.
