Another phase for a major Central Avenue master plan has broken ground.
Highlands North, a 4-story, 92-unit apartment complex broke ground Thursday. The project is one part of a larger 12-acre redevelopment project called The Highlands, located near Presbyterian Hospital. The complex is set to be located at 200 Mulberry St. NE, according to previous Business First reporting.
