Nexus Brewery and Restaurant will expand to its third location in early 2019.
Nexus owner Ken Carson confirmed in a phone interview Friday that he plans to open a new location, which will be called Nexus Blue Smokehouse & Taproom, 1511 Broadway Blvd. SE. Carson said he expects his new location to be in operation in February.
Nexus has a liquor license hearing scheduled for Dec. 21 for the new taproom. The previous tenant at the location was The Navajo Elks, a nightclub. Carson said renovations…
