One of New Mexico’s most prominent hotels has given one of its dining areas a new look.
The Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa completed a $3.24 million renovation to its Santa Ana Café, one of five restaurants at the hotel, earlier this month. The renovations include a new window, furniture, buffet area and LED lighting system as well as touch-ups to the wall and floor finishes to create a more “modern” look.
