Industrial speculation building planned for south I-25 corridor

CBRE’s Jim Smith, a listing broker for the planned 83,000-square-foot spec building, said the ideal tenant is one in distribution. Albuquerque’s industrial vacancy rate was just 1.8%, according to CBRE’s first half of 2021 market report.
