Dr. Paul B. Roth, chancellor of health sciences for the University of New Mexico and dean of its medical school, announced Wednesday that he will retire.
Roth has served as chancellor for 14 years and dean of the medical school for 26, according to a news release announcing his retirement.
“This time with you has been the work of a lifetime and one of the greatest loves I have ever had,” Roth said in a personal statement to the university community.
