Low inventory fueling ABQ home prices

Home prices in Albuquerque continue to rise, thanks to historically low inventory, according to the latest report from the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors.

For the month of November, 896 homes sold in Albuquerque, a 7.3 percent gain from the previous year. Inventory of homes for sale dropped 15.5 percent, with a 2.8-month supply of homes.
