Lujan Grisham names two industry leaders to the Tourism Commission

Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham named two New Mexico leaders to the Tourism Commission for the state tourism department.

The governor appointed Tania Armenta, president and CEO of Visit Albuquerque, and reappointed Belia Alvarez, corporate director of community relations for Heritage Hotels and Resorts. The two will serve seven-year terms on the seven-person commission, according to a news release.
