A large Mesa del Sol office building has changed hands.
Daytona Beach, Florida-based Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co. has acquired the 216,089-square-foot Fidelity Investments building, 5401 Watson Drive SE, from Albuquerque-based Mesa-Innovation Park Building 2 LLC. The sale price was $44 million, about $209 per square foot, according to a Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co. release.
