A local developer has plans for a high-rise, condominium development at Winrock Town Center. The cost for a unit — upwards of $1 million.
The Goodman Realty Group has plans for Park West Condo Development — a 10-story, 30-unit, development —at Winrock, said Scott Goodman, the firm’s vice president. Goodman Realty aims to have the development ready by the end of 2022. The units will average about 1,500 square feet.
