Vireo Health International has acquired the management entity that oversees the operations of Gallup-based medical cannabis company Red Barn Growers.
The management company was acquired for $4 million, and the deal closed earlier this week, Vireo COO Ari Hoffnung said. Red Barn Executive Director Brett Baker confirmed the transaction. Hoffnung also said the company closed a similar type of deal with an Arizona-based firm around the same time.
