A entrepreneur with a passion for creating smiles is opening a new ice cream shop in the Scottsdale Village shopping center next week. The 1,000-square-foot shop is located at 3107 Eubank Blvd. NE. The store caters 12 flavors of Blue Bell ice cream with prices ranging from $4.75 to $11.
