Newly released data shows New Mexico is bucking the national trend when it comes to residential foreclosure rates, but not in a good way.
A new report by California real estate data and analysis firm ATTOM Data Solutions shows the year-over-year increase of foreclosures in New Mexico rose 20 percent between 2017 and 2018. The Albuquerque area had it worse with a 27 percent spike.
ATTOM compiled publicly available and published foreclosure filings from over 2,000 U.S. counties for the analysis.…
