It was the third high-profile Food Network triumph for Fernando Ruiz, and arguably his biggest yet.
Ruiz, chef at Chama Land & Cattle Co., beat celebrity chef Bobby Flay Thursday night on the network’s “Beat Bobby Flay” competition. Ruiz won the competition show “Chopped” in 2016 and “Guy’s Grocery Games” in 2015.
