New Mexico incentives to help family-owned-business in Curry County make upgrades

Melrose Tire, which opened in 1991 and has been owned by Terry and Chassidy England since 2009, will receive $360,000 from the Local Economic Development Act. The money will help the business replace its above-ground fuel tanks with underground tanks.
