Rebecca Latham has had an interesting career path.
Formerly a broadcaster on KOB-FM and now the Cabinet secretary for the New Mexico Tourism Department, Latham will serve as CEO of a Washington, D.C. nonprofit called American Mothers, effective Jan. 1.
