Pajarito Powder in negotiations to expand into former charter school in Albuquerque

Pajarito has yet to occupy the former charter school, located at 5555 McLeod Road NE, but is currently in negotiations to do so, according to ADC documents. If it closes the deal, Pajarito would occupy the space for at least 10 years.
