Honeywell Aerospace’s former facility has found new life and will soon be filled with hundreds of workers.
The around 60-acre property, vacated after news broke last year that the Honeywell branch was leaving Albuquerque, was purchased in September for an undisclosed amount by Presbyterian Healthcare Services.
Honeywell Aerospace spokesman Scott Sayres confirmed the deal but could not provide additional details. The building has over 519,000 square feet of space, according to the Bernalillo County…
