The Mesa del Sol submarket has caught international attention.
Marley Hughes, the VP of investment for Chirisa Capital Management, said his firm recently closed on 75 acres at Mesa del Sol. Based in Dublin, Ireland, the firm’s total portfolio at the Albuquerque development is now roughly 120 acres. Chirisa’s land is mostly between the Fidelity Investments building and Netflix’s Albuquerque Studios.
