Albuquerque real estate developer Retail Southwest Development has named Trish Kvern its president.
Kvern started with Retail Southwest Development as a legal assistant 11 years ago. Known as The Skarsgard Firm at that time, the business only dabbled in commercial development as a real estate law firm, she said. Over time, the firm shifted its focus to development and Kvern took an interest and a lead into managing those projects.
