Rio Rancho will move to fill a vacancy next week after City Manager David S. Campbell submitted his resignation Wednesday.
Campbell, who began his tenure as city manager July 1, cited personal circumstances as the reason for his resignation, said Annemarie Garcia, Rio Rancho’s communications and community engagement officer.
Mayor Greggory D. Hull accepted Campbell’s resignation, which is effective immediately, according to a news release.
