After celebrating its grand opening in February, Sol Rio Coffee has closed.
Allen Bassett, a former Business First 40 Under Forty honoree who launched the coffee venture, confirmed the closure to Business First. He declined to provide any further comment.
Bassett, the former president of New Mexico Pinon Coffee, and business partner Jonathan Priest closed on a 7,200-square-foot property at 815 Bellamah Ave. NW in the Sawmill District in January and launched a standalone store shortly thereafter.…
