Southwest Capital Bank has named Lonnie Talbert its new president and brought on longtime New Mexico banker Don Padgett as executive chairman.
Talbert, who has been with the bank for nearly six years, will keep his title as chief operating officer along with the new president tag. Southwest Capital Owner Greg Levenson said Talbert will oversee more of the day-to-day operations of the bank. Talbert is also chair of the Bernalillo County Board of Commissioners, serving District 4.
