State's high court halts temporary restraining order that would have allowed indoor dining

Hours after a New Mexico district court ruling paved a way for restaurants to allow indoor dining on Monday, the state Supreme Court shut the doors again. At least for now.

In granting an emergency request filed by New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham and Secretary of Health Kathy Kunkel, the state’s high court halted Judge Raymond L. Romero’s temporary restraining order.
