Steve Chavez has been busy at Mesa del Sol since buying control over the master-planned community in 2018, with a pair of recent solar manufacturing deals marking two highlights. Business First sat down with Chavez in mid-August to talk more about those deals and other plans the managing partner has for the mesa.
