BEEKE: What are the greatest challenges you face right now as manufacturers in New Mexico?
MAYBERRY: I think one of our biggest current challenges is being able to ramp up our production to meet the demand we are seeing in the markets we serve. There are a lot of things that can be gained in increasing our supply just in productivity and streamlining and new technology.
But at some point, we have to hire people to perform those functions and operate that equipment, and we have a really hard time…
