The Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque Airport and Homewood Suites by Hilton Albuquerque Airport have been sold.
The Albuquerque Journal reported Tuesday that Waramaug Hospitality, an investment group based out of Boca Raton, Florida, jointly purchased the two hotels near the Albuquerque International Sunport with an unnamed investor for an undisclosed price. Waramaug is planning a renovation of the two hotels, according to the Journal.
