The name for the University of New Mexico’s newest building is PAIS, but that could soon change.
UNM’s Physics and Astronomy and Interdisciplinary Science center has reached the midpoint of its construction phase, and the university is exploring fundraising options for the building.
Though funding has been secured for the $66.5 million, 137,000-square-foot building, UNM is opening naming rights options for the building. The building’s cost is funded in part by bonds approved by voters in 2016.…
