Verizon’s timeline for phasing out its Albuquerque call center has been moved up.
Verizon spokeswoman Jeannine Brew wrote in a statement that the company is set to vacate the call center by February, after previously planning for a May 2019 departure. When asked about reasons for moving up the timeline, Brew wrote “it put us in a position that we were able to complete the transition quicker.”
