Three months after beginning flights at the Albuquerque International Sunport, Volaris is expanding its service to Chihuahua, Mexico.
Starting June 18, the low-cost Mexico-based airline will begin twice-weekly flights with nonstop service to Chihuahua, expanding its reach from the Sunport to two cities. Before Volaris launched service there, the Sunport had lacked an international flight for eight years, according to our reporting.
