Westway Homes, a real estate development firm, announced Thursday it is acquiring a LEED Certified building located in Rio Rancho. The commercial property is 60,000 square feet and is located at 2500 Mariposa Parkway. President of Westway Homes Mike Fietz said the building will help spark economic development in Mariposa.
