Women of Influence 2022: Monica Leyba strives to show that entry-level positions are an opening, not a destination

Leyba’s next big career goal is to help create a career path for high school students. She hopes to give them the opportunity to work in a health care setting at a young age so that they are motivated to achieve their future career goals.
